本研究の目的は、学校実習まとめにて行う学びを統合していくセッションを考案し、学びを統合していくプロセスを記述により提示すること、そして学校実習まとめにおける学びの統合とはどのようなものであるかを提言することである。\n 研究参加者は、学校における看護実習を履修した80名の学生である。データは、セッションにおいて作成された模造紙の図と図を説明した文章、学生の話し合いの録音記録と逐語録、学生の感想、実習指導教員(著者ら)の意見交流の記録とした。模造紙の図はカテゴリー名により分類し、図を説明した文章と学生の感想は、意味のまとまりにより分析した。話し合いの逐語録は、話し合いの進み方を記述し分析した。本研究の実施にあたり、研究の主旨、プライバシー保護、研究参加の自由意思等について学生に説明し同意を得た。本研究は、岐阜県立看護大学研究倫理審査部会の承認を得た。\n 多くのグループが模造紙に生成したカテゴリーは、【連携】【個別性/個性/個】【成長発達/発達】【関わり/対応】であり、模造紙の図は、子どもと教職員の健康と安全を守ること、子どもが自分の健康に意識を向けて考えること等が重要な点として文章化された。学生の話し合いは、具体的な体験の紹介やカテゴリー内容の検討を経て、カテゴリーの関係性や図全体の意味へと話題が変わり、幅広い視点から学校保健活動の意義が検討されていた。学生の感想には、多様な視点からの学習と探求することの楽しさが記載されていた。\n
