Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究は、地域助産師の視点から心理社会的ハイリスク妊産婦へのケアの認識と実践を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n　先駆的に心理社会的ハイリスク妊産婦への家庭訪問等による妊娠期からのケアを実践する地域助産師6名を対象とした。半構成的インタビューにて、印象に残っている事例への関わりと大事にしている想いを聴き取った。逐語録を作成し、意味内容の類似性で分類し、ケアの認識と実践を明らかにした。さらには認識と実践のカテゴリの関連性を分析した。\n　分析の結果、ケアの認識の11カテゴリ、実践の13カテゴリを抽出した。ケアの実践は〔関係性を築くなかで個々の特別なニーズを把握する〕〔親となる過程を一緒に歩む〕〔継続ケアにより女性が潜在的にもつ力に気付く〕過程があった。ケアの認識は≪出産体験は女性と子どものその後の人生に影響し得るため大事にしたい≫≪継続して関わる中で女性が変化していく姿は助産師の原動力となる≫等があった。カテゴリの関連より、地域助産師の認識に基づく個々の特別なニーズに応じたケアの継続が、妊産婦と地域助産師の相互の変容をもたらしたことが明らかとなった。\n　効果的な支援として、①妊産婦にとって安心して話せる身近な存在として認識してもらえるように妊娠期から関係性を築く、②継続的な対話により成育歴や生活過程など妊産婦の主観的体験を理解することで妊産婦の抱える個別の特別なニーズを把握する、③個別のニーズに合わせて妊娠出産育児に関する情報提供を行いセルフケアできるよう丁寧に関わる、④妊産婦の揺れ動く気持ちに寄り添い意思決定を支える、⑤妊娠期から継続して関わることで支援が必要な時期を逃さず関わる、⑥母と子の最初の出会いの場面を大切にし印象に残るように関わる、⑦関係機関とともに母子を見守る体制を築く、⑧女性の持つ潜在的な力を信じて長期的に継続して関わる中で我が子をケアできる人へと変容する過程を見守る、が重要と考えられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"原著"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takeda,
