Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究の目的は、親亡き後の精神障害者本人の生活に関する家族の心配ごとを具体的に探索し、その心配ごとの軽減・解消に役立つ情報を提供するための支援セミナーを実施すること、そして実施後の評価を踏まえて今後の支援について検討することである。\n　親亡き後の生活に関する無記名、自記式の質問紙を作成し、精神障害者家族会2 ヶ所の会員家族443 名に配布し、郵送法にて回収した。選択回答は記述統計量を求め、自由記載回答は内容を要約した。質問紙調査結果をもとに支援セミナーで取り上げる内容と方法を検討して実施し、事後アンケートにより参加者の満足度を確認した。\n　質問紙調査は131 名から回答を得た（回収率29.6％）。家族の心配は「正しい判断や契約ができるか」、「安定した収入が得られるか」、「金銭管理ができるか」、「身の回りの世話をしてくれる人がいない」が多かった。質問紙調査結果を踏まえて、支援セミナーは地域のサービス事業者から具体的な情報を提供し、相談できる身近な支援者やサービスを知ってもらう機会を提供することを目的とした。「日常生活自立支援事業」、「後見人制度」、「食生活の支援」、「ハウジングサポート」をトピックスとして設定し、講義形式で実施した。参加者は68 名で、事後アンケートの回答数は40 部であった。支援セミナーの満足度は、「満足」と「やや満足」が33 名（82.5％） であった。\n　家族の心配ごとの背景として、家族だけで本人の日常生活上のサポートを担っている、本人の社会生活や対人関係が限定されている等の現状があることが示唆された。支援セミナー参加者の満足度は高く、ニーズに対応した情報を提供できたと考える。また、参加者の3
