年までの時期に焦点を当て、発達障害児の成長発達を支える家族支援のあり方を明らかにすることであり、本稿では、第1 報で明らかになった家族支援の課題解決に向け、支援の方向性や改善の具体策の検討を含めた実践過程を通して、発達障害児の成長発達を支える家族支援の方向性と、保健師の役割を検討した。\n　X 市の発達障害児者支援を担う部署の職員（以下、グループ職員） とともに、家族支援の課題解決に向けた支援計画・実施・評価、および、課題解決に向けた職員向け学習会を行った。その後、成果把握としてグループ職員への聞き取りを行った。\n　支援の課題解決に向けた意見交換から、≪ペアレントトレーニング事業がニーズに合っているかを検討し、参加者同士の関係の継続も目指し改善できるとよい≫≪求めていることを確かめて活動を考えたいが、子の状況や家族の思いが十分に分からない≫≪利用できる資源の情報提供の工夫や強化が必要≫等が整理され、この内容をもとに筆頭筆者が支援案を考案した。支援案は、既存のペアレントトレーニング事業改善（支援A）、サポートブック交付時の個別支援充実（支援B）、発達支援に関する情報提供強化（支援C） であり、支援A は実施・評価を行った。支援A
