Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究は、看護部理念が理念としての機能を持っているか、機能しているかを評価し（以下機能評価とする）、看護組織が取り組む看護職個人が看護部理念と一貫した看護を実践する（以下浸透とする）活動のもと看護部理念の看護職個人への浸透度および浸透への影響因子の実態を明らかにすることを目的とする。\n　理念達成に向けた組織運営が評価される病院機能評価認定病院（日本医療機能評価機構, 2017）を対象施設とし、看護部理念の機能評価は、看護管理部門管理者を対象に、浸透度や浸透への影響因子は、病院に従事する看護職員を対象に質問紙調査を行った。\n　結果、看護管理部門管理者は、看護部理念を経営学での組織理念と同等の機能があることを認識しており、何らかの浸透活動を行っていた。看護部理念の浸透度について、役職無群は、理念に共感する次元まで浸透していた。役職有群の看護管理部門管理者と看護師長は、看護部理念は行動に反映するまで浸透していたが、看護副師長と主任看護師は、行動に反映するまで浸透していなかった。\n　さらに、役職有群を職位別に比較すると、看護管理部門管理者と看護師長の間で、看護副師長と主任看護師の間では、浸透度および浸透への影響因子に有意差はなかった。しかし、看護管理部門管理者と看護副師長および主任看護師の間で、看護師長と看護副師長および主任看護師の間では、浸透度および浸透への影響因子に有意差が確認された。\n　看護部理念の浸透度や浸透への影響因子は、看護管理部門管理者・看護師長より看護副師長・主任看護師および役職無群が有意に低いことが示唆された。今後、看護管理部門管理者と看護師長の組織や部署に対する浸透活動の現状確認や看護副師長・主任看護師・役職無群に対して、看護部理念が個人の看護実践にどのように反映しているのか確認する必要がある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"研究報告"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mizuno,
