Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究の目的は、精神科病院における専門職連携を基盤とした退院支援に必要な看護実践能力を明らかにすることである。\n　はじめに、精神科病院における退院支援上の専門職連携の影響要因を明らかにする調査1 を実施した。この結果を踏まえ、専門職連携を基盤とした退院支援に必要な看護実践能力を明らかにする調査2 を実施した。\n　研究参加者は、単科精神科病院に勤務する看護師で、調査1 では5 施設18 名、調査2 では2 施設6 名であった。データは半構造化面接法にて収集した。調査1 では専門職連携の影響要因、調査2 では専門職連携を基盤とした退院支援に必要な看護実践能力を類似と差異の観点から比較検討し、グループ化とカテゴリ化の作業を段階的に行った。\n　分析の結果、専門職連携の影響要因に関しては59 の小カテゴリから27 の大カテゴリを、専門職連携を基盤とした退院支援に必要な看護実践能力に関しては14 の中カテゴリから3 の大カテゴリを生成した。\n　専門職連携の影響要因として、〈患者の気持ちを大事にして退院できると信じて支援する熱意〉、〈入院期間を意識した早期退院への志向〉などの促進要因11 カテゴリと、〈患者への関心の低下や現状維持・安全への焦点化〉、〈退院に関わる社会資源や支援の少なさ〉などの阻害要因16
