Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　岐阜県立看護大学では、看護実践の改善・改革を目指した看護実践研究に取り組んでいるが、その特質は十分に明らかにされていない。本稿は、現場看護職と大学教員の共同研究から導かれた看護実践研究の特質、及び博士前期課程の研究活動から導かれた看護実践研究の特質を基盤に、岐阜県立看護大学の紀要に公表された研究論文を新たな素材として検証することで、看護実践研究の特質の統合と一層の明確化を目的とする。\n　現場看護職と大学教員の共同研究及び博士前期課程の研究活動から導かれた看護実践研究の特質を構成する項目の内容が、紀要に公表された研究論文に含まれているかを検証した。内容が含まれていない場合は当該項目を削除し、必要に応じて項目の文言を修正した。これらの項目を統合し、類似する意味内容で質的帰納的に分類して看護実践研究の特質の明確化を図った。\n　共同研究及び博士前期課程の研究活動の論文を検証した結果、看護実践研究の特質を構成する項目内容の殆どが確認された。看護実践研究の特質として、≪利用者・実践者及び組織体制の各観点からの多角的な現状分析による実践上の課題の明確化≫≪利用者の思い・ニーズを基盤にした看護実践方法の実践現場における協働的な創出と成果の還元≫≪利用者の思い・ニーズを基盤に創出した看護を実践者が主体的・継続的に提供できる組織づくり≫≪実践の振り返りや意見交流、学習機会を基盤にした実践者の意識改革の推進≫≪組織内外における連携方法の開発と実践者間の協働関係の強化≫が明確化された。看護実践研究は、利用者主体の看護実践方法を創出すると同時に、その提供を可能にするための実践者の意識改革を基盤とした人材育成と組織づくりが意図されていることから、実践現場の組織変革を促す人材育成に繋がる研究活動であると考えられる。今後の課題は、看護実践研究の構造化、及び看護実践研究で創出された実践知の明確化である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"研究報告"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"大川,
