Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　近年、保健福祉活動は、県保健所から市町村に業務が委譲されたり、市町村が主体で行う事業が増加しており、県保健所保健師と市町村保健師との連携・協働が益々必要な状況になっているが、現状では保健所の統合や市町村との業務分担が進み、保健所の市町村支援が減少している。日常の保健師活動として市町村支援に取り組むためには、支援方法を明確にする必要がある。そこで、本研究では、県保健所保健師の立場で、担当する精神保健福祉業務において市町村保健福祉活動への支援を実施し、市町村支援の方法の試案を作成することを目的とした。\n　保健所保健師として市町村の精神保健福祉活動を支援するには、まず管内の各市町村の活動の現状をアセスメントする必要があると考え、管内市町村の精神保健福祉活動の現状を分析し、市町村の担当者と共有した。また、市町村担当者と共同で精神障害者への支援を実施した。これらの実践の中で市町村担当者に意図的に働きかけた内容と担当者の反応から、筆者の実施した働きかけを評価し、市町村担当者の精神保健福祉活動を促進したと判断できるものを市町村支援の方法の試案として整理した。\n　その結果、保健所の精神保健福祉業務での市町村支援の実施から、相談しやすい関係づくりや職員の資質向上といった「市町村職員の支援」、当事者のニーズに基づいた支援をするためのチームづくり、外部の関係者との顔の見える関係づくりといった「ケア体制作りの支援」、市町村の課題を明確にして取り組みへの支援をする、成果の出ている市町村の活動を共有し活動の促進を図るといった「市町村実態に応じた事業の取り組み支援」という市町村支援方法の試案ができた。\n　今後、これらの方法が精神保健福祉業務に限らず、他の業務でも有効であるのか検証し、県保健師による市町村を支援する方法をより明確にする必要があると考える。
