年間の体系的な就職進路ガイダンスにより、専門職としての自分の将来の在り方を考える機会を在学時から各学年に合わせて配していることである。第二に、卒業者と在学生が意見交流できる機会が多様に設けられていることであり、在学生は専門職者として活動している先輩の体験談を直接的に聞くことで、卒業後の自己の成長をイメージする機会となっている。同時に、卒業者にとっては、卒業後の自己の実践活動を振り返り語ることで、今後の活動のあり方を考える機会となっている。第三に、卒業後の新任期に母校に集まり同級生・同窓生と意見交流する機会が設けられていることである。たとえば、新卒者交流会では、就業後3 か月程が経過した頃に集まり、仕事への対応がまだ十分にできない自分について悩んでいるのは自分ひとりではないことに気づき、明日への活力を得ており、卒後2 年目卒業者交流会では、就業後1 年が経過し、自身が新人を迎える時期に今後のあり方を考える機会となっている。さらに第四として、大学教員が県内医療機関を訪問し、看護管理者・卒業者・大学院修了者と話し合うことを通して、現場と大学が協働して人材育成の在り方を考える機会に繋がっていることである。すなわち、在学期から卒業後までの継続的な支援、および大学と現場との繋がりをもった支援を体系的に推進していると言えると考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Ⅲ.
