Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、外来通院する進行がん患者の自分らしい生き方を支えるための指針に基づいた外来看護実践のプロセスを評価し、患者の自分らしい生き方を支える外来看護のあり方を検討することを目的とする。\n　同意の得られた対象2名へ考案した指針に基づく看護実践を外来看護師と筆者が共に行った。対象両名とも実践開始3ヶ月頃の外来看護に対する思いは、自分らしい生き方ができていると肯定的な評価を語った。一連の看護実践では、筆者と推進メンバーらは意見交換を繰り返し、カンファレンスで患者支援の方向性を示すことで、患者の大切にしていることや価値観を踏まえた患者支援を展開できた。\n　実践評価として、推進メンバーや看護管理者には面接調査を行い、時短・非常勤看護師には質問紙調査を行った。推進メンバーの内科外来看護師は｛自分自身の変化や影響｝｛内科外来看護体制への変化や影響｝｛外来患者カンファレンスによる変化や影響｝を捉え、今後の課題として｛外来患者カンファレンスを定着させること｝等を挙げた。看護管理者・認定看護師は｛チームNsに対する認識の変化や影響｝｛患者支援での他職種との連携についての変化や影響｝等を捉えていた。実践により、患者の大切にしていることや価値観を把握し支援することの意義を感じていた。\n　指針に基づく看護実践のプロセスの評価として、患者の大切にしていること・価値観を把握し継続支援することの意義、患者の病態を的確に捉え先を見据えて支援することの重要性、外来看護実践の深化と看護体制への影響が考えられた。外来看護のあり方として、進行がん患者の辿るであろう病の見通しを持ち、患者の大切にしていることや価値観を踏まえた支援の意義を認識し実践する、支援内容によってはがん看護の専門的知識を持つ看護師（他部署の看護師を含む）が対応できる外来看護体制を整える、外来業務整理を継続的に行い主体的に課題解決ができる外来看護師を育成する、が重要である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"原著"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Funahashi,
