年度から「看護実践研究指導事業」という事業名で岐阜県内の看護師・保健師・助産師・養護教諭に対する研修活動を実施してきた。本事業は、単に教育や指導を行うのではなく、大学教員が県内看護職の現状を把握して、現場の実態に即応した適切な方法を模索しながら行うこと、現職看護職者自身による問題解決を促進していくことを重視して実施してきている。また、大学としては、これらの活動を通して、学部・大学院教育の充実を図ることも念頭に置いている。\n　平成13 年度から30 年度までの18 年間で累積20 種類の研修を実施した。教員は、所属する専門領域の枠を超えて全学的体制で取り組んでいる。これまでに工夫し開発した研修方法として、①個別の職場訪問による面接研修と看護職者の小集団ワークショップを組み合わせる、②各圏域において関係する多職種が参加できる研修を行う、③県域全体に共通する課題に対して段階的な研修を開発する等がある。\n　本事業の意義として、まず、研修の多くは、数年間継続して実施していることから、①県内の看護実践現場の課題に対して継続的に看護職者に働きかけることが挙げられる。次に、本事業でかかわった看護職者と「共同研究」の実施へ、「共同研究」からとらえた県下全域に共通する課題について本事業で研修を行うといった相互の発展が行われ、また、これらの取り組みでは常に、②実践現場の課題に対する看護職者自身による課題解決の取り組みを支援することを重視している。さらに、本事業を通して把握した現場の実態を教材として大学院の授業で用いるなど、教育活動への効果的な影響も生じており、取り組みを③学部や大学院の教育の充実に活かすことが行われている。最後に、看護実践現場の拡大により新しい現場での新しい課題が考えられること等から、④変化し続ける看護実践現場の現状と課題に対応することが必要である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Ⅲ.
