年度の開学以来、岐阜県の看護の質向上に高等教育機関として寄与するという使命を果たすための一手段として、共同研究事業に全学的に取り組んできた。本事業のオリジナリティの第一点目は、県内看護職者が直面している課題を取り上げ、看護実践の改善・改革をめざし、看護の質向上に直結するための実践を基盤にした研究活動、すなわち、看護実践研究に県内看護職者と大学教員が共同して取り組んできた点である。その実施過程では、①看護サービスの質向上を確実に目指すこと、②共同する看護職者の主体的かつ組織的な課題解決を支えることを重視してきたことに加えて、看護職者への看護生涯学習支援を同時に行うことを意図しており、看護実践の改善・改革をめざすと同時に看護職の人材育成に寄与する側面をもつ。第二点目は、病院看護職との共同研究のみならず、保健所・市町村、高齢者ケア施設、事業所、学校等、多種多様な実践現場の看護職との共同研究に取り組んできた点である。また、本学から遠距離施設との共同研究も遠隔会議システムを活用しながら積極的に取り組んできた。県内全体の看護の質向上を視野に入れて課題を捉え、県立の看護系大学としての責任のもと、共同研究に取り組んできた結果と言える。第三点目は、共同研究に取り組んだ現地側共同研究者の意見から、看護実践／人材育成の改善・充実や看護職者の認識の変化等、当該研究が着実に実践現場に影響を与えていることが確認され、かつ肯定的に評価されている点である。\n　本事業は、看護の質向上に直結する看護実践研究として、かつ岐阜県独自の研究活動として県内に浸透し、県民の健康・福祉の向上に貢献してきたと考える。今後の課題として、若手～中堅看護職や本学大学院修了者の共同研究への参画、看護実践研究の岐阜モデルとしての取り組み成果の公表、看護実践研究としての共同研究の特性とあり方の探究に取り組む必要がある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Ⅲ.
