Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　岐阜県立看護大学（以下、本学）では、看護実践の改善・改革を目指した看護実践研究に取り組んでいる。本研究は、看護実践研究の特質の明確化に関する研究の第二段階として、博士前期課程の研究活動における看護実践研究の特質の明確化を目的とする。\n　前稿において、本学博士前期課程の研究指導内容から抽出した看護実践研究の構成要素（6 要素）を分析枠組みとし、本学博士前期課程の修了者が作成した修士論文（2 研究）の記述内容から、看護実践研究の構成要素に該当する内容を取り出して類似する意味内容で分類し、質的帰納的に分析する。\n　博士前期課程の研究活動における看護実践研究の構成要素の内容として、【利用者及び同僚・関係者から把握した実態や認識から、実践上の課題を明確化する】【職場での立場を踏まえた上で、上司・同僚や関係機関と協働した組織的取り組みを実践活動の中で企画・試行する】【利用者の思い・ニーズを基盤とした看護方法を考案・実施・評価する】【利用者の思い・ニーズを基に考案した看護方法を利用者や同僚、関係機関・関係者の意見を踏まえて修正する】【考案した看護方法の実施・評価・修正プロセスとその成果を所属組織内で共有する】【現状の振り返りや意見交換、学習的取り組みを通して、実践改善に関する実践者間の共通認識づくり、理解者拡大を図る】【組織内での横断的連携による支援方法を開発する】等の20
