Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　医療サービス利用者の意向に沿った退院後の療養生活を見通して、入院時から計画的支援が実践できる看護職者を育成するための「退院支援研修プログラム（以下研修プログラム）」を試行し、その成果を明確にすることにより、利用者ニーズを基盤とした退院支援の質向上に向けた人材育成モデルを開発する。なお、本研究における研修プログラムは、講義・ワークショップ、訪問看護ステーション・退院支援担当部署での実地研修、取り組み事例の事例検討、リフレクションを含む。\n　2015 年度は、研修参加者が退院支援に関する委員会メンバーとして、各部署での退院支援の組織的取り組みに向けて学習会を開催しスタッフへの教育的支援を行った。\n　2016 年度は、研修参加者への教育的支援として約60 分間の事例検討を3 回開催した。また、退院支援研修プログラム試行の成果把握のためのインタビュー調査を実施し、その成果として①患者・家族の意向に沿った退院後の療養生活に向けた支援ができる、②スタッフの退院支援の質向上に向けた教育的支援ができる、③退院支援の組織的取り組みの推進に向けた取り組みができる、の3
