Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究の目的は、看護実践の経験において、大卒新任者がどのように考えて看護実践に取り組み、看護について何を得たのかという視点で、大卒新任者の看護実践経験をもとにした学びを明らかにすることである。そして、看護実践経験をもとに学び続ける看護専門職となるために、学士課程において何を学ぶとよいのかを考察する。\n　方法は、学士課程卒業後2 ～ 3 年目の看護師6 名を対象に、自分の成長や学びにつながったと思う看護実践経験について2 回の半構成的面接を実施し、その内容から看護実践経験において取り組んだこと、看護について得たことを質的帰納的に分析した。\n　結果、6 名の大卒新任者は、2 回の面接を通して3 ～ 6 つの看護実践経験を語った。その内容は、受け持ち患者へのかかわりや新たに担う役割に関する看護実践経験が多かった。6
