Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　県内の退院支援の質向上に向けた看護職者への教育的支援として、県健康福祉部医療整備課と協働で「退院支援教育プログラム(2015年度)」を策定・施行する。研修参加者の意見を基に当該プログラムを改善し、利用者ニーズを基盤とした退院支援の質向上に向けた看護職者への教育支援を推進し、人材育成の方策を追究することを目的とする。\n　大学において当該教育プログラムを施行し、研修参加者に学び・成果把握のための質問紙調査を実施し、自由記載内容を質的に分析して当該教育プログラムの成果・課題を明確にした。\n　ベーシック研修では、講義により退院支援に関する知識の修得、退院支援の取り組みの理解の機会を提供した。「退院支援の意義・必要性」に関する意見は101件あり、【患者・家族が希望する場所で安心して療養生活を継続する】、【患者・家族の自己決定・意思決定を支える】等の5つに分類された。また自施設の退院支援の課題に関する意見は162件あり、【知識・意識・認識の向上が必要である】、【看護職への教育支援が必要である】等の15に分類された。\n　フォローアップ研修は、ベーシック研修修了者の1年間の退院支援の取り組み後のリフレクションとして施行した。「フォローアップ研修による学び」の意見は153件あり、【多施設の退院支援の現状・課題が把握でき自施設の課題がわかる】、【退院支援のあり方について考える】等の7つに分類された。\n　退院支援教育プログラムの研修参加者は、退院支援の知識を習得し、自施設の課題を明確にして1年間課題解決に取り組み、リフレクションを行う段階的取り組みを行った。そのなかで利用者ニーズを基盤とした考え方が定着し、退院支援に関する知識・実践能力の向上がみられており、各部署の退院支援の充実に向け中核となって取り組めることが期待できる。今後も県内全体の退院支援の質向上に向け継続した教育支援が必要と考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"研究報告"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24481/00000091","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"藤澤,
