Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究の目的はミニカンファレンスを取り入れた術前支援と術後の振り返りカンファレンスを通じて、外来におけるがん患者に対する術前支援の充実を図る方法を明らかにすることである。研究期間に手術療法を受ける患者に対して術前オリエンテーションを行い、翌日にミニカンファレンスを実施して、患者情報の共有と支援方針を決定して術前支援を行った。筆頭筆者が継続支援とその評価が必要と考えた患者を選定し、術前支援の評価として入院後に病棟看護師に聞き取りと退院後に患者面接を行った。その後患者および病棟看護師から得られた評価をもとに外来看護師による振り返りカンファレンスを実施した。また、本取り組み終了後に取り組み評価を得るために外来看護師に質問紙調査を行った。\n　本取り組みの対象となったのは8事例であった。ミニカンファレンスを活用した主な術前支援は、術前の食事のとり方、術前訓練、人工肛門造設の不安への対応などであった。患者面接からは「消化の良いものを食べていた」「禁煙できてよかった」「合併症の予防方法が説明され、医療は進歩していると思った」「がんになって気持ちをコントロールするのが難しい」など発言があった。振り返りカンファレンスでは、患者は<精神的に混乱したときは忘れやすい><術前の待機期間がつらい>などの意見があった。取り組み終了後の評価では<情報収集や関わり方、指導方法を学ぶことができた><同じレベルで看護提供が出来る>などの意見が得られた。\n　外来看護師が術前の患者に関わる時間は受診時と限られている。術前支援するためには、患者背景や支援内容の情報共有が必要であり、またその評価のための振り返りが重要である。今回の取り組みからカンファレンスは外来看護師が他の看護師の支援を学び、支援を提案する機会となっており、看護師の術前支援の充実につながると考えられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"研究報告"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24481/00000088","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"岐阜県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11546486","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-2520","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hanyuda,
