Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究では、われわれの先行研究結果である本学卒業者の看護実践能力獲得状況および影響した現任教育等と、これらの結果を提示して捉えた就業施設の教育担当看護職の意見から、学士課程卒業者の支援ニーズを明らかにし、大学と就業施設が協働して取り組む生涯学習支援のあり方を検討した。\n　卒業者は、卒後1-2年目は、看護実践の自立・自律に向けた支援や、自己・実践の振り返りへの支援、心理面への支援を必要とした。卒後3-5年目は、チームでの看護実践や部署の役割遂行を支える幅広い研修や新人指導等の役割遂行への支援を必要とし、特に4-5年目以降は、リーダーシップや人材育成について学ぶことや、大学院進学等のキャリアマネジメントに関する支援を必要とした。さらに卒後6-9年目は、部署の課題解決のための取組みや研究、およびワーク・ライフ・バランスを取り看護実践を継続するための支援を必要とした。\n　このような支援ニーズに対し、就業施設では集合研修とOJT(On the Job
